Long Beach Zine Fest and Long Beach Public Library proudly present: Letterpress/ Zine Workshop and Movie Night!

The Main Library is located in the Civic Center, at the corner of Ocean & Pacific in Downtown Long Beach. The Civic Center parking garage is located at Broadway & Chestnut. First 30 minutes free, $1.75 for the next 90 minutes with library validation, $10.00 maximum. The Main Library is close to Long Beach Transit and the Metro Blue Line.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be sorting submissions and putting our final list together. Stay tuned for announcements in March!

Long Beach Public Zine Library

The Long Beach Public Library is now circulates zines! Zines check out the same as books, three weeks at a time with your library card. Search the catalog on the LBPL website @lbpl.org for your favorite zine title!

Donations are accepted at:
101 Pacific Ave.
Long Beach, Ca 90822
Attn. Ziba.

Currently a little under two hundred titles available but this number grows through the donations of local zinesters. Located on top of the Adult Graphic Novels section in the Main Library as well as the Mark Twain branch, the Long Beach Public Library is excited to have you browse their new circulating zine collection.

The 4th annual IE Zine Quest will go down this Sunday, October 25th in Redlands. Every year the IE Zine Quest puts on an amazing fest with some great zinesters, and this year looks no different! A ton of amazing vendors, with some of our favorite zines will be at IEZQ. This event is partnering with DTR Artwalk. Live music, other art shows, and a beer garden, what more do you need?! Do not miss out!

THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone that came out! It was such an amazing event and we owe it all to each and every one of you who was there! Everyone from our awesome zinesters, artists, writers, poets, illustrators, photographers, musicians, workshop advisors, panel guests, volunteers and organizers and OF COURSE all the attendees that poured in throughout the day! Double Thank You to our sponsors, food folks, coffee brewers, craft vendors, and especially The Museum of Latin American Art, this event was possible because you gave a group of LB zinesters the opportunity to dream big. Huge thanks to the entire MOLAA staff for helping make Long beach Zine Fest the success it was. It was an absolute pleasure and joy to be able to spend the day with each and everyone of you! Hope you guys had as much fun as we did! We really couldn’t have done it without all of you!!!
