I was introduced to zines by a fellow zinester when I was in high school. Shout out @kopperfoot for getting this ball rolling! I started compiling all these random photos, drawings, poems, doodles, cones, crafts and other art I was making at the time and put them together like an analog Instagram.
Start printing! Kinko's is pretty cheap if you make friends with the guy who works behind the counter (and if you get real close they might not even charge you for all the mistake prints you make). Other than a stapler, a pen, and maybe some blank sheets of paper, there's not much more you need (except maybe a cool idea).
(two Instagrams no twitter!)
