When did you start making zines ... and why?

started making zines about 3 years ago. it was a collaborative type zine with friends. we just wanted to get our community involved in something & we hosted art shows with along with every zine release. it was very special.

What was your first zine called? What was it about?

the first zine i ever made on my own was called "awkward dork girl" it's really embarrassing looking back at it but it was just about what I liked to do & lists of songs and books I liked haha

What is your favorite part of making zines?

looking forward to the finished product. i love making zines, sometimes it can be a little stressful but it's so great to have something THAT YOU COMPLETELY MADE ON YR OWN (wow!) in your hands.

What is your biggest challenge in making zines?

finishing them. i finish them, but like I said sometimes it's just tough to gather up enough content.

What else do you want people know about you or your zines?

I just want people to know that it's okay to feel your feelings and be very unedited and totally yourself always & those feelings are what i'm trying to convey throughout my work.
